INSTRUCTIONS

 

• Maximum of two authors per paper.

• Each team can present their paper for 7 min followed by a 3 min query session.

• Paper must be sent only in IEEE format.

• Last date for submission of papers is July 9th .

• The soft copy must be sent  in either .pdf , .docx or .doc format.

• Selected papers will be intimated through e-mail by July 11th .

• Selected students must bring two hard copies and one soft copy for the symposium .

• The abstract and paper must be sent to maquinas14@rmkcet.ac.in

• Judges' decision will be final.

• Online registration is mandatory.
